Is the online estimate the final price?
It's our estimate for the size and services you picked. We confirm the final price on site before we start. If the house is bigger than what was entered, or extremely dirty, we'll tell you the updated price first, and nothing goes ahead without your OK.
How does the 25% launch offer work?
It's applied automatically to instant estimates for your first wash with us, when you book by 31 January 2027. It replaces our usual bundle discount and can't be combined with packages or other offers.
Can I get a quote without using the calculator?
Yes. Ask us to call or email you, or book a free site visit, and we'll quote you that way instead.
Will soft washing damage my paint?
Soft washing uses low pressure, so it won't strip sound paint. Paint that's already flaking or chalky can lift with any wash, so we point that out before we start.
How often should a house be washed?
For most Auckland homes, every 12 to 18 months. Shaded walls, homes near trees and properties near busy roads may need it sooner.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need an outside tap and power point, and windows and doors closed. Move cars, outdoor furniture and pot plants away from the walls if you can.
Why is the roof still green straight after treatment?
The treatment kills moss and lichen on contact, but it takes several weeks of weather for the dead growth to wash off. That gentle approach is what keeps the roof surface intact.
